The Enthusiast V 12 shot mortar rack
The Enthusiast V is a V shape 12 shot fan rack for 1.75” 1.4g consumer firework shells. Mortar racks are a great addition to your firework shells to make lighting them even more enjoyable. Just plop the rack down on a hard, flat, level surface, load it up, and start lighting!
The rack frame is made from a squared off select grade 2×4 stud.
The side rails are 3/4” solid pine boards for added durability.
Racks are assembled with high quality GRK screws and Titebond III Ultimate waterproof wood glue for a rock solid hold.
All screw holes are pre drilled and countersunk.
Our mortars are 12” orange HDPE with 1.5” thick face grain solid pine plugs for good durability.
Racks are angled 15 degrees off vertical each for a total included angle of 30 degree. This allows for an amazing and clean display in the sky. This rack is best fired both sides at the exact same time.
19” long, 14.75” wide (with feet and braces), 13.5” tall (with mortars inserted).
The feet and braces are removed for shipping and they need to be reattached before use. The screw holes are already pre drilled for ease of assembly. The included feet screws are 1 1/2” #8 GRK screws and require a T15 driver or bit.
