Refunds

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any of our products for any reason. If you have a problem with the products that you have purchased, please contact us and we will see what we can do to help solve your problem. Replacement of purchased products will only be offered at our discretion on a case by case basis.

Shipping

We only ship to the USA. Sorry we do not do international orders.

All orders shipped have shipping insurance included to help handle issues with damage, loss, or theft during shipping.

Orders over 50 LBS will typically be split into multiple packages since this is typically cheaper due to UPS handling fees. There may be other reasons for orders to ship in multiple packages, such as large/bulky items or orders containing multiple types of products.

Invoices

All invoices are due the day that they are received. Inventory will not be held for invoice orders until the invoice is paid in full. Failure to pay in a timely matter can result in your order being canceled or delayed to fulfill orders that we have already received payment for. Timely payment is critical during the months of May and June.

Local pick up / deliveries

We do not have a storefront or a commercial location, so local pick ups are not something that we do. We do deliver to all Heartland Pyrotechnic Arts Association shoots though!
