Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability agreement.

The use of pyrotechnics and participating in activities that involve the use of pyrotechnics have clear and obvious risks that can not be fully eliminated even with proper safety precautions and equipment. such risk include, but are not limited to, property damage, serious injury, dismemberment, disfigurement, permanent disability, and/or death.

By purchasing from Berkey Built LLC you acknowledge these risks, assume all liability for damages/injuries, and agree to release Berkey Built LLC of any liability directly or indirectly resulting from use of products sold by Berkey Built LLC, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
