This is the most basic mortar rack that we sell for 1.75” 1.4g consumer firework shells. Mortar racks are a great addition to your firework shells to make lighting them even more enjoyable. Just plop the rack down on a hard, flat, level surface, load it up, and start lighting!
The rack frame is made from a squared off select grade 2×4 stud.
The side rails are 3/4” solid pine boards for added durability.
Racks are assembled with high quality GRK screws and Titebond III Ultimate waterproof wood glue for a rock solid hold.
All screw holes are pre drilled and countersunk.
Our mortars are 12” orange HDPE with 1.5” thick face grain solid pine plugs for good durability.
Rack comes with (2) 12” wide 3/4” solid pine feet for stability.
19” long, 12” wide (with feet), 13.5” tall (with mortars inserted).
The feet are removed for shipping and they need to be reattached before use. The screw holes are already pre drilled for ease of assembly. The included feet screws are 1 1/2” #8 GRK screws and require a T15 driver or bit.
