Both! It can depend on the timing.

During the slow off season, Inventory is typically live. If the website says that its in stock, we have the items built and ready to ship.

During the peak season and sales, inventory isn’t live and products are being manufactured while orders are coming in. Orders will ship out in the order that the are received and would be subject to our lead time.

It can take up to 5 business days to manufacturer wood mortar racks.

It can take up to 10 business days to manufacture metal racks such as the pro-line slice rack or comet/mine racks.

Products will ship out via UPS Ground and will include shipping insurance.

We try to ship out orders as quickly as possible. If the products you ordered are in stock, they will typically ship out within 1 or 2 business days. If products are back ordered or out of stock, it will be subject to our lead time.

Our insurance provider requires us to submit products to them before we can sell them. Due to this, we can not offer custom items for sale. If you have a product idea that you think we could sell…feel free to send it to us. We might just work it into our catalogue!

We sell some bulky and heavy products, so they can be hard and expensive to ship at times. Sometimes there isn’t much we can do to help…but sometimes the website over estimates the cost.

If shipping seems excessive, send us a message on our contact page, and we can manually quote shipping to see if there is a lower cost option available.

We try to keep our prices reasonable, so there is not a lot of room to move on pricing. Our wholesale costs are only slightly less than full retail.

What we can do is offer custom logos and branding on our racks. This means the racks in your store will have your own logos and branding on them! Isn’t that sweet?
